What is Centro Loyalty Card?

The Centro Loyalty Member Card is our way of thanking loyal customers. Every time you shop at Centro branches and use your card, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts and special rewards — making your shopping experience even more rewarding!

How to Become a Member?

Join the Centro Loyalty Program in three easy ways:

1. Present a minimum of ₱2,000 worth of shopping receipts from Centro (single or accumulated purchases).

2. Purchase the membership card for ₱100 at any participating Centro branch.

3. Fill out a form

How It Works

• Earn 1 point for every ₱200 spent at Centro branches

Redeeming Your Points

• Redeem points anytime — use all at once or spread across several purchases.

• Points and rewards can only be used at the branch where you signed up.

Points Validity & Membership

• Points expire 2 years after they are earned — be sure to use them before then!

• Membership stays active for 3 years as long as you keep shopping with your card.

• Membership and points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where to Use Points

Points can only be redeemed for savings or rewards at the branch where you originally registered your Centro Loyalty Member Card.

Additional Notes

• Points and benefits are exclusive to Centro Loyalty Members.

• Centro reserves the right to amend or terminate the program with prior notice.

• This mechanics will apply on September, 1 2025.
